DISCLOSURE TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. What is Personal Data and Who Processes It?
Pursuant to Article 3 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (''Law'', ''KVK Law''), personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. ADA MANAGEMENT ("MANAGEMENT") will record, store, update, process, process, disclose and transfer your personal data to third parties in accordance with the law as "data controller" in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

c. To check the accuracy of your identity information and documents that you have declared to the MANAGEMENT and to be able to keep your identity sample and other information that must be kept in accordance with the relevant legislation in addition to your Subscription Agreement,
d. Preventing and detecting other post-subscription transactions and termination of subscription, billing, interconnection, irregularities, abuse and fraud,
e. To be able to provide you with better services and to carry out analysis and studies for product and business development within the scope of technological advances/improvements,
f. Sharing of information necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations in the relevant legislation and audit activities with official authorities,
g. Development work can be carried out by us in line with the interests and preferences of visitors, independent unit owners and/or tenants, customers and employees,
h. Depending on the product, service or commercial activity offered by the MANAGEMENT, the necessary work to benefit you and to provide a more effective service is carried out by our business units, business partners, 3rd party companies that receive services in this context,
i. It may be processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law for the reasons and purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of the persons who have established a business relationship or are in a business relationship with the MANAGEMENT and the MANAGEMENT.
3. To whom and for what purpose can your processed personal data be transferred?
Your personal data collected;

c. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
d. To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
e. To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
f. Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
g. In the event that the processed data is analyzed exclusively through automated systems and a result occurs to the detriment of the person himself/herself, to object to this result,
ğ. In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage.
You may submit your requests regarding the implementation of this Law in writing to "9213 Sk. No:11-A Reis Mahallesi YeşilyurtKarabağlar-İzmir" in person or through a notary public within the framework of the procedures and principles specified in the Personal Data Protection Policy shared on our website www.adayonetim.com.tr. Applications that do not comply with the procedures and principles shared on www.adayonetim.com.tradresinde and KVKK will not be processed.
MANAGEMENT shall finalize the requests in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged. The Management accepts the request or rejects it by explaining its reasoning and notifies the relevant person in writing or electronically. If the request in the application is accepted, the requirement is fulfilled by the Administration.
