At least Half of the Flat Owners + 1: In order for the meeting to be valid, representatives of half and one more of the independent sections in the apartment building must be present at the meeting.

Let's assume there are 10 independent units in the apartment building.

Meeting Quorum: At least 6 apartment owners (half of 10 + 1) must be present at the meeting.

Decision Quorum: At least 4 of the 6 people attending the meeting (simple majority) must vote in the same direction.

5. Management Plan Should Be Checked:

The apartment management plan may contain special provisions regarding meeting and decision quorums. Therefore, it is important to review the management plan before the meeting.
